Zelda Planner is a collaborative fan-project featuring 36 contributors creating original illustrations and stationery merchandise based on the Legend of Zelda franchise.
We are not affiliated, associated with, or endorsed by Nintendo.

Shipping

Where will you be shipping from?
All products will be shipped from the United States of America.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Though, please keep in mind if you order from outside the USA, there may be delays in your package arriving due to unforeseen circumstances. The USPS site will have the latest details on where these delays may happen.

    FOR UK RESIDENTS: All bundles are available for purchase. However, discretion is advised as we will not cover any costs that may incur from VAT.

    FOR GERMANY RESIDENTS: We are aware there was a packaging act recently implemented. However, we will be registering for Lucid and the Dual System to ensure you will receive your packages!

When do you expect to ship my order?
We hope to ship within a week or two that the order has been made. When we are able to ship, all customers will receive an e-mail with tracking information. The shipping services we will use provides door-to-door tracking for these listed countries.

How long will it take for my physical order to arrive? 
From the shipping date, the expected arrival dates will depend on the country the package is being sent to.

    United States: 5-10 days
    Canada: 7-14 days
    International: 2-12 weeks (certain countries may experience long delays)

Mailing services tax and fees.
Zelda Planner is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur, whether it is custom fees, taxes, or VAT.
Any fees required by the mailing services will be under the customer's responsibility.

Changing Addresses.
If you move or are expecting to move, please inform us of any changes as soon as possible. We will be shipping items out relatively quick.

Refunds

All purchases are FINAL, no refunds can be given once an order has been made.

Refunds will also not be given to upgrade or downgrade bundles. If you wish to purchase more items, you must do it separately as we will not combine orders.

We are fully responsible in replacing/refund orders that:

◈ Did not arrive due to our negligence (e.g. the address on the postal label does not match the address provided by the buyer).
◈ Are missing items that were listed to be included in the purchase.

We are NOT responsible for refunding/replacing orders that:

◈ Were lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
◈ Were shipped to the wrong address if an address change was not requested.
◈ Become damaged during shipment through the postal service (e.g. packages bent to fit into a mailbox, left in the rain, other mishandlings by the carrier).
